“By Thekla” Ltd (the limited liability company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration no. 365119 and with its registered address at 131 Gladstonos str, Kermia Court, 2nd floor, 3032 Limassol, Cyprus) is the Data Controller of any personal data collected and will process such data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 (the “Personal Data Law”).

In order to provide the best information to you in response to your enquiries, or requests for information or in order to handle your information otherwise as described in this Privacy Statement, “by Thekla” may pass your personal data to other firms within the professional network to which we belong, who may then respond directly to you.

We retain the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and changes shall take effect within 5 days from posting to our website, except if the law or our regulatory bodies require a more swift implementation in which case the changes shall be effective immediately.

 

Governing Law

With respect to any issues not expressly addressed in this Privacy Policy, the laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply, and the competent court for the settlement of any dispute which may arise in respect of this privacy policy shall be the District Court of Limassol.
